In 1953, Mr. André Dupont, the son of Mr. Simon Tissot Dupont, created the brand's first women's handbag, the Riviera, for Audrey Hepburn. The bag was presented as a limited edition and featured a secret compartment. Like the original icon, the updated Riviera also features a secret pocket concealed within the bag's lining, secured by a "lighter padlock" adorned with the brand's iconic diamond-head guilloche. The new Riviera Silver Stripe reinvents this classic with leather stripes inspired by the guilloche of S.T. Dupont lighters, giving it a rock and contemporary attitude. These stripes create a striking metallic effect, making this bag a daily essential. Made in Italy, this bag combines soft, smooth full-grain calfskin on the outside and a full-grain cowhide lining. The leather used is LWG certified, ensuring environmentally friendly production. The Riviera Small Silver Stripe embodies heritage and innovation, adding a dynamic and modern dimension to any outfit.
