VERSAILLES AT THE HEART OF CREATION

From 1643 to 1715, Louis XIV, the Sun King, reigned over France, forging an empire of power. His Palace of Versailles became the symbol of Baroque luxury, where every detail embodied the extravagance and majesty of his era. Inspired by this splendor, the Louis XIV collection merges the royal heritage of Versailles with contemporary innovation. Each piece reflects the elegance and exuberance of the Baroque, while offering a modern, luxurious, and timeless design.

The writing instrument

This writing instrument pays homage to the Sun King through high jewelry craftsmanship. The pen's barrel features deep blue lacquer, adorned with yellow gold inlay motifs inspired by the gardens of the Palace of Versailles. The cap showcases prestigious elements in solid gold, including a medallion bearing the effigy of Apollo and pavé-set fleurs-de-lis. The piece is enhanced by a diamond setting and three sapphires at its apex. Combining precious metals and gemstones, this pen comes with a dedicated base, engraved with the S.T. Dupont signature, emphasizing its exclusive character.

The Ligne 2 lighter

The Ligne 2 Louis XIV lighter features a complex yellow gold-plated structure, adorned with blue lacquer that highlights motifs inspired by the gardens of Versailles. Both sides display major symbolic elements: a central medallion bearing the effigy of Apollo surrounded by diamonds, and stainless steel mirrors framed with gemstones. Technically, it is equipped with a double adjustable soft flame ignition system, activated by the signature "24-line" roller. Embossed fleurs-de-lys complete this high-craftsmanship design, delivered with a matching base engraved with the name of Maison S.T. Dupont.
