To maintain their shine and performance over the years, we invite you to follow these care instructions:

Please clean all types of surfaces with a soft cloth. Solvent-based products are strictly not recommended. For silver-plated surfaces, use a special silver cleaning cloth that you can purchase from specialized stores. Please refill lighters with their appropriate S.T. Dupont refills and flints. Silver is a precious material that may show signs of oxidation over time. This natural phenomenon can be accentuated if your lighter remains in prolonged contact with leather or rubber.

For lacquered surfaces, proceed as you would with your eyeglasses:

Breathe on the surface and clean with a soft cloth. Lacquer is a material that is virtually impervious to acids. Exceptionally hard, it is particularly resistant to shocks, scratches, rubbing, and water. You will find the table of refills and flints for our lighters below.
