Initial by S.T. Dupont: everyday elegance reinvented
Maison S.T. Dupont unveils a new expression of its expertise by reinterpreting one of its iconic writing instruments. More than just a name change, the transition from D-Initial to Initial embodies a subtle but profound evolution: that of contemporary, essential, and fluid luxury, designed for everyday use.
Style in Service of Elegance
The Initial pen is part of the Maison's heritage, while asserting a confident modernity. Its lines are refined, gaining in fluidity and dynamism, offering a slender silhouette without compromising on balance. Available as a fountain pen, rollerball, or ballpoint, Initial meets the expectations of modern aesthetes seeking a writing companion that is as beautiful as it is functional. Designed for both women and men, Initial adapts to today's uses: its cap, now able to be posted at the back of the pen, makes writing even more natural and pleasant. More than a tool, Initial becomes a moment of respite in a hurried world, a signature that asserts itself with calm and elegance. Its renewed design is complemented by new finishes, such as matte black and white gold, which join the emblematic palette: black chrome, marine chrome, black gold, or polished chrome. Always true to its tradition, the Maison adorns the body of its pens with its legendary lacquer, an expression of exceptional craftsmanship. The new "Sword" clip, already present on the Line D Eternity and Liberté lines, replaces a more classic shape here to give the object a more assertive character. The stainless steel nib, engraved with a "wing" motif, embodies the artisanal excellence dear to S.T. Dupont. Three finishes: gold, chrome, or black, enhance this precious detail.
